Face to face consultations are now being screened.

This is important both for your health and safety, and that of vulnerable patients and staff.

It should minimise the chance of our consulting suite becoming an exposure site, which would result in hundreds of patient appointments being cancelled.

Please read below and if appropriate, please respond to the SMS from Dr Agar’s rooms with the words “All clear”.

1- In the last 14 days have you?

• Visited any exposure site (link: VIC EXPOSURE SITES )

2- In the last 14 days have you had the NEW onset of any of the following symptoms?

  • Fever or chills
  • Cough
  • Sore throat
  • Runny nose
  • Headache
  • Loss of sense of smell or taste

2- In the last 14 days have you had contact with ANYONE ELSE that would answer YES to any of the above?

If you cannot answer NO to ALL the above questions, or you wish to reschedule your appointment please contact the rooms on 52218490 or email deb@geelonghn.com.au

Thanks very much for your cooperation.

To minimse your exposure and that of others in the waiting room, please remain in your car, or in the downstairs foyer.

At the scheduled time of your appt please call Deb on 52218490 to see if it is appropriate for you to attend the consulting suite. If Nick is running significantly late you may be asked to wait in the car before coming up.
